Okehampton and District Agricultural Association (“the Association”) is committed to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and we recognise that the correct and lawful treatment of your personal information will maintain confidence in our Association, and help to secure its success for future generations. During the course of our activities we will collect, store and process personal information and/or data about our supporters, suppliers and other third parties and will do so in a lawful manner.
We may need to share this information with relevant regulatory or similar other bodies, but we will only do this to ensure that the Association remains compliant with its obligations and so as to allow us to continue to deliver a successful Agricultural Show.

If you make purchases of entry tickets to the Association's Show through Bradsons Event Services (“Bradsons”) both the Association and Bradsons will be using your personal information.
