Okehampton and District Agricultural Association (“the Association”) is committed to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and we recognise that the correct and lawful treatment of your personal information will maintain confidence in our Association, and help to secure its success for future generations. Everyone has rights with regard to the way that their personal information is handled.

During the course of our activities we will collect, store and process personal information and/or data about our supporters, suppliers and other third parties and will do so in a lawful manner.

We may need to share this information with relevant regulatory or similar other bodies, but we will only do this to ensure that the Association remains compliant with its obligations and so as to allow us to continue to deliver a successful Agricultural Show.

We will only ever obtain information from you that is appropriate and which does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.  We will only ever process that information if it is within our legitimate interests to do so.  The Association will retain such data as is necessary to meet our legal obligations, or if there is some other legitimate reason for our doing so.

You are entitled to know what information the Association holds about you and to have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

You have the right to request the removal of your personal information where there is no legitimate reason for us to continue to hold it.  You also have the right to restrict the use of your information in certain circumstances.

If you make purchases of entry tickets to the Association's Show through Bradsons Event Services (“Bradsons”) both the Association and Bradsons will be using your personal information.
