Trade Stands

With over 300 trade stands on site, Okehampton Show represents an excellent buying opportunity for our visitors.

We have various trade stand categories including:

Agricultural Machinery
Motor Vehicles Trailers and Parts
Businesses
Agricultural Builders and Merchants
Retail
Charities

Stands are judged during the day and Cups awarded.

Application forms are not available on the website – if you wish to apply for a site please contact the Show Secretary (<<P>>, email <<@>>) as soon as possible.

Cost

All trade stands are 7 metres deep with a minimum frontage of 5 metres. The cost is £12.00 per metre frontage (i.e. a 5m stand = £60.00). Breed Societies only may have minimum of 3m. Charities pay £6.00p/m for the first 5m, £12.00p/m for any additional metres. Please note we take a maximum of 14 bookings for charity stands.

All stands are outside space only – food traders cannot be accepted on our trade stand sites
