Availability

Tickets will be on sale in Donald’s Menswear Shop, Fore Street, Okehampton and Okeford Veterinary Practice, School Way, Okehampton from 23rd July. Please note that there are no reductions in price for advance children’s tickets or concessions for students or Senior Citizens.

Advance tickets can also be purchased from the Show Secretary. Please send your name, address and telephone number, together with information about how many tickets you require and a cheque payable to Okehampton & District Agricultural Association, to The Show Secretary, PO Box 47, Okehampton, Devon EX20 4ZX.

Car Parking

Car Parking is free and just above the main Showground. Directions to the Show will be signposted on all access roads. A courtesy coach service will operate from Fore Street, Okehampton (outside Flower Pot) to the Showground, starting at 10am.

Disabled Parking

Disabled Parking areas will be available within the main car park – these are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. The areas will be sited close to the main pedestrian entrance gate but fill up very quickly, so please arrive at the Show as soon as possible to ensure you get a space. Mobility scooters will be available for hire on the Showground – you may wish to reserve a machine in advance – if so please contact the providers, the Pluss Organisation, 01392 224440 (please ask for Rashid).

20 spaces are reserved around the Main Ring for registered disabled blue badge holders. There is no charge for one of these spaces other than normal entry costs to the Showground. These spaces must be booked through the Show Secretary (<<P>>, email <<@>>) – please be advised that they are available from May onwards and are booked very quickly so early booking is recommended.

Conditions: you have to be parked on the Showground by 10am and are requested not to leave before 5.30pm if possible. This is to keep traffic movement around the Showground to a minimum during the Show itself.
