2009 Schedules

Separate Horse and Livestock Schedules will be available to download from the website during the second week in May.

All Horse & Livestock Exhibitors who entered last year will be sent a schedule in the post in early May.

If you download a Schedule from the website and receive one in the post please would you pass on the spare copy to someone else who may like to come to our Show – thank you.

Entries cannot be taken on line – please send them by post to the Show Secretary.

Horse Exhibitors please note: Late entries are not accepted

In order to view/download the pdf versions of the schedules/entry forms you will need to have installed adobe reader. If you haven't already, we recommend upgrading to version 8. Click here for further help with using adobe reader.

Downloading/Installing

click the image to go to the adobe website.

note:this will open in a new window
on the following screen

click download adobe reader

note: your operating system should have been automatically detected, as can be seen to the left of the download button.
a dialog box will appear

select save file

note:firefox will save the file to the location specified in the browser options, if you don't know what this means or have not changed the settings then the file will be saved to your desktop.
Once the installation file has downloaded, find it on your computer and double click
after a while the following dialog box will appear

click next
continue clicking next/install unless you wish to change any settings.

Running adobe reader

When you first run adobe (which will happen immediately following installation if you left the start adobe reader now box checked) the following will appear

check the box next to Do not show at startup and then click the red cross in the top right hand corner of the box.

Viewing and downloading the schedules

click on download schedule will cause the schedule to be opened in your browser window.

to then save the schedule to your hard drive click the save icon towards the top left of the page.
if you wish to download the schedule without viewing it first right click on download schedule and select Save Link As..

To save the files directly, right click on the link and select Save Link As.. (or similar).

These files may take a while to load (if viewing) when using a dial-up connection, we would recomment that you use the above method to save the files rather than to view them.
